EnergyCloud.org uses social media to share information, engage with stakeholders, promote awareness of fuel poverty and renewable energy issues, and highlight activities undertaken by individual EnergyCloud organisations.
By engaging with any EnergyCloud social media account, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Independent Organisations
The EnergyCloud organisations operating in England, Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland are independent organisations.
While they share a common mission, values and ethos, each organisation is separately governed and responsible for its own activities, operations, communications and decisions.
Content published by an individual EnergyCloud organisation reflects the views, activities and initiatives of that organisation only and should not be interpreted as representing any other EnergyCloud organisation unless explicitly stated.
Information and Accuracy
EnergyCloud seeks to ensure that information shared through its social media channels is accurate and up to date at the time of publication.

Contains spam, commercial promotion or repeated unsolicited content; f. Violates the terms of the relevant social media platform.
Users who repeatedly breach these guidelines may be blocked or restricted from participating in EnergyCloud social media channels.
Following, Sharing and Engagement
Following an account, liking a post, sharing content or engaging with a third party on social media does not imply endorsement, approval, partnership or support by EnergyCloud.
Similarly, engagement by third parties with EnergyCloud content does not imply endorsement by EnergyCloud.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content published by EnergyCloud remains the property of the relevant EnergyCloud organisation.
Users may share EnergyCloud content through standard social media functionality. Any reproduction, modification or commercial use of EnergyCloud content outside these platforms may require prior permission.

EnergyCloud reserves the right to amend this Social Media Disclaimer and Community Guidelines document at any time without notice.
