Announcing new EnergyCloud England Board members

EnergyCloud expands leadership team to drive renewable energy initiatives

EnergyCloud England has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two new board members as the organization prepares to launch its first projects in England.

David Nicholl, Chair of EnergyCloud England:

“This is an exciting moment for EnergyCloud as we continue our mission to harness surplus renewable energy for social good. I’m delighted to welcome Amelia Feehan and Fiona Cole to the board of EnergyCloud England. They bring a wealth of expertise and passion that will help us scale our impact and drive meaningful change.

The recent announcement of the start of our collaboration with Amazon and YES Energy Solutions to launch our first project in England is a huge step forward. It demonstrates how innovation and partnership can deliver practical solutions for households living in energy poverty.”

The new board appointments come at a pivotal time for EnergyCloud as it expands its operations into England, building on successful initiatives in Ireland that have provided free hot water to households using surplus renewable energy.

Amelia Feehan and Fiona Cole bring complementary expertise in renewable energy development and social impact initiatives that will support EnergyCloud’s mission to combat energy poverty while reducing renewable energy waste.

The organization’s innovative model uses smart technology to redirect surplus renewable energy to heat water in homes experiencing fuel poverty, creating both environmental and social benefits.
