EnergyCloud Scotland presentation at Sustainable Glasgow Dialogue

EnergyCloud Scotland presented at the Sustainable Glasgow Dialogue on “Achieving a Just Energy Transition” hosted by the University of Glasgow, Glasgow City Council and the Sustainable Glasgow Partnership during Glasgow Climate Week 2026.

The discussion focused on how curtailed renewable energy and local generation can support communities, reduce emissions and tackle fuel poverty across Glasgow and the wider region.

EnergyCloud Scotland presented on the growing challenge of renewable energy curtailment in Scotland and the opportunity to redirect surplus renewable electricity to support households experiencing fuel poverty.

EnergyCloud joined researchers, practitioners and decision-makers to explore practical models that can help deliver a fair and inclusive energy transition.
